Retrieve the list of Guard Premium billable users.

      Issue Summary

      There's no way to retrieve/identify the list of users who are billable in Atlassian Guard premium in the Atlassian admin UI hub (https://admin.atlassian.com).

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to admin.atlassian.com/billing.
      2. Select your billing account.
      3. Find the Guard Premium subscription and select Manage.
      4. On the Subscription details page, you only see the number of unique billable users, and not the actual user account itself.

      Expected Results

      • Org admins should be able to view the list of user accounts that are considered billable in Guard premium using any of these methods:
        • On Directory > Managed accounts: provide an option to filter for Guard premium.
        • On the Subscription details page, provide an option to click on the unique billable users count to reveal the list of user accounts.
        • On the managed accounts/users exported CSV file, add an additional column that show if a user account is billable in Guard premium.

      Actual Results

      • Only the number of unique billable users in Guard premium is visible in the manage subscriptions page, with no way to identify the actual user accounts.

      Workaround

      Export the user list, and any user with an active account that has access to at least one app is considered billable in Guard premium.
