Issue Summary

Develop a centralized page in the Admin GUI, such as the "Billing" page, that displays all license counts across products. This page should provide a comprehensive overview to prevent the need to check each product individually.

The current system requires checking each product separately, which is inefficient and can lead to missed issues. A centralized overview would streamline the process and improve system management.

Steps to Reproduce

All license counts are available on one page, e.g., the “Billing” page in the Admin GUI. When we get license errors, such as CES-97868, the customer has to check 120 products individually. Only a small red box signals a problem, while the customer systems get stuck. It should be displayed much better.
