Last Active Timestamp not showing for Atlassian Account with JSM customer access

      Issue Summary

      Atlassian Account with JSM customer role doesn't get their last active timestamp updated

      Steps to Reproduce

      Invite a user through Directory > Users> Invite user 

      Give them JSM customer access
      Ask the user to access the portal

      You will see the user's last active timestamp won't be updated.

      Expected Results

      Last active timestamp should have been updated post accessing the portal.

      Actual Results

      Last active timestamp should be updated.
