What Email Notification needs improvement?

Email notification that gets triggered when a user gets product access based on the products added to the approved domains under user-access-settings functionality.

What is the problem with these notifications?

If a user gets product access via a group which also exists in the list of approved products under approved domains in user access settings. Then the email notification only gets triggered for the products which the user has recently received as a part of the settings defined in user access settings functionality excluding the one which is provided via the group.

Example:

Let's say user X has got access to Jira Software via Group. The user-access settings now have Jira Software and Confluence added to the approved domain product access list. When the user successfully logs in the the product the org admin will only receive an email notification notifying that "User X has joined Confluence". This nowhere mentions the product Jira Software because this was added earlier via the group. 

What confusion does this lead to?

Org admins may get confused about why the user did not receive the access which was defined under user access settings. This leads to re-verification of whether the user has got correct product access or not.

What can be improved?

1. Email notifications should be able to indicate if access is existing or new. An example: Add brackets after the product name to indicate, if access is existing or new, see the example below:
   1. Jira Software (Recently added)
   2. Jira Work Management (Existing access)
2. Currently when the user logs in to Atlas it triggers a separate email. It should be triggered when the user is granted said access (as with all other products)
