Issue Summary
Auth policy members and managed account export fails with a rate limit error
This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)
Steps to Reproduce
- On a large organization, open the authentication policy members or managed accounts administration
- Export the accounts
- Access the email and click on the download link.
Expected Results
The large CSV file gets downloaded completely.
Actual Results
The CSV file download starts and gets halted before completion.
Inspecting dev tools, the initial partial content downloads are succeeding with 206 response codes and the later partial content download fails with a 429 error.
Workaround
Please contact Atlassian support to help generate the large file.
