Issue Summary
When a group is deleted from admin hub (enhanced user experience and legacy user experience) there is a warning dialogue box that informs admins about Jira permissions that may be associated with the group

Suggestion
This warning isn't very helpful, as "Jira Settings" is an older Data center/server reference. We really should have a link to a guide on how to check where the group permissions are set. As there are several places where this can be set.
- Settings -> work items -> permission schemes
- settings -> Security -> Global permissions.
Please change the warning to include a link to a user guide that describes how to check and remove permissions associated with a group.
