Add details to audit log events for Atlassian Support joining a customer's organization

      Now that AX-78 has been fixed, some customers would like additional details included in the audit log events for Atlassian Support engineers joining a customer's organization as an organization admin. Specifically, they would like the following details included in the audit log events:

      • A flag verifying whether data access was granted for the organization at the time of access.
      • The full name of the Support engineer who joined the customer's organization.
      • The Support ticket# associated with the access event.

      Including these additional details in the audit log event helps customers verify that their instances are being accessed appropriately by Atlassian Support, increasing trust in the Atlassian brand.
