Problem Definition

Currently, Atlassian Cloud admins must approve or deny each product request individually. This is highly inefficient and time-consuming for organizations with a large number of pending requests, especially in enterprise environments where hundreds of requests may accumulate. There is no built-in option to select and action multiple requests at once, leading to significant manual overhead and delays in managing access and security.

Suggested Solution

Introduce a feature in the admin hub that allows organization admins to select multiple (or all) pending product requests and approve or deny them in bulk. This could be implemented as checkboxes with a bulk action menu, or a dedicated “Approve All” / “Deny All” button. The feature should also allow admins to optionally add a custom message to the denial/approval notification sent to users.

Workaround

There is currently no workaround for bulk approval. Admins must approve or deny each product request individually.
