Provide approval or workflow configuration option for critical Org admin use cases

      Description

      There are many activities in Org admin which has a high impact. Some of them are 

      1. User deletion
      2. Site deletion
      3. Org deletion
      4. SCIM/SSO configuration changes
      5. Policy change

      Suggested Resolution

      Provide approval or workflow configuration so that the modifications are reviewed by an approver before the actual change. This option can be made configurable also. This will help the users to self help without contacting Atlassian Support which they are doing currently.
