Remove the option to approve domain on the Invite users page

      Currently, even if the Site access permissions are set to Don't approve any domains, when you try to invite a new user to the site, there is the option to approve the domain being invited, changing the Site access settings.

      It would be an improvement to have the option to not have this checkbox, as it might not be desired to set any approved domains on an instance.
