Issue Summary

Currently, invitation links allow external users to join our cloud sites if a user from within the organization shares the link. This can potentially lead to unauthorized access and security concerns.

It would be helpful to implement a feature that prevents external users from joining the cloud sites using invitation links shared by internal users. This feature should restrict access to only those who are authorized and have been invited by an admin or someone with the necessary permissions.

Currently, organization admins have control over access requests and can approve or deny them. However, the issue arises when an internal user shares an invitation link, allowing anyone with the link to join.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour.
