For environment in the new User Management experience (centric), it's not possible to have default products selected on the product invitation screen, either through the front-end or by DoSing. For old User Management instances, this can be done through the a feature flag

We need a feature or tool to set the default products for invitations. Such feature would improve the customer's experience when inviting users to their improved User Management Cloud instances.
