Summary

Currently, the following administrator role can modify the group.

• Org admin
• User access admin

However, both of administrator roles have permission to modify at least all group related to product.

As organizations grow larger, there are situations where administrators may want to delegate group management to specific users. However, the existing administrator roles provide broader permissions than necessary for this purpose.

Suggestion

Add the new administrator role which can only modify group related to the user joined. Additionally, restrict access to certain tabs (such as Products or Security) in the admin.atlassian.com for users with this new administrator role.
