It would be good to have a feature that allows users belonging to different domains to be assigned to different groups based on their domain. 

For example: If there are two domains like abc.com and xyz.com and both domains are allowed to access Jira, then the users from abc.com are assigned to a group called abc-employees and users from xyz.com are assigned to a different product group called xyz-employees.
