Background

Some large organizations have different legal entities across the globe. This means that a centralized organization administrator team will not fit for them because only certain teams (country specific) are allowed to see the data within a given site/product.

Suggestion

• Block org administrator from gaining access to specific sites/products under an organization.
• Block org administrators from adding users to groups that are providing product access.
• Allow a group/role of non-org admins to be able to manage the users, groups and licenses for a given site or set of products.
