      Issue Summary

      Customers want the ability to add files/attach documents to customer invitation email notifications 

      Steps to Reproduce/Requirement

      1. When we add an email ID to the Customer page
      1. Then the Customer will receive a JIRA Invitation
      1. But the customer would like to send a document while sending the JIRA Invitation
