Currently, the option "Notify all site admins when a new user joins with an approved domain" is only available to turn off when "Approve any domain" is selected.
As a site-admin, I would like to turn off this option for "Approve the following domains" and "don't approve any domain" also, to avoid receiving lots of email during the day.
