When customer go to the instance link from https://start.atlassian.com/ and user don't have permission to the instance , show user friendly info that they don't have application access in the instance.

      Problem description

      At the moment, when a user access instance from https://start.atlassian.com/ and they don't have application access , it automatically redirected to JSM Customer Portal ( if there are JSM in the instance).

      Suggestion

      It will be best to prompt a pop-up screen to mention the user doesn't have any application access in the instance. Kindly request for access if needed.
