Problem Definition
When an user sends access request to a site, Site admins have ability to either Approve now or Deny request.
- Once the site admin Clicks on Approve now, the user gets access to the site, and if Clicks on Deny request, the user wouldn't be able to make an access request again to the site and receives the below notifications.

Suggested Solution
- There are scenarios where the site admin has accidentally Deny Request, therefore there should be an option to undo the action or the ability to unblock the user so that the user could send future access requests
- Additionally, a previously denied user may be invited or allowed to join a site in the future
Workaround
Currently, admin has to manually invite these users whose requests were denied once. If that doesn't work, then - submit an Atlassian Support ticket here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ for assistance with this issue. Please quote this ticket number: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/ID-8018 in your support request.
