Issue Summary
When updating the user's product access, it takes a couple of minutes before it's reflected in product access count in site's billing page.
This is reproducible on Data Center: no
Steps to Reproduce
- Choose a user and go to its page https://admin.atlassian.com/s/<site-id>/users/<accountid>.
- Add or remove access for this user on a product.
- Check in https://admin.atlassian.com/s/<site-id>/billing/applications if the new count (e.g. increased count if added, decreased count if removed) is reflected immediately for that product.
Expected Results
The new user count for the product should be immediately reflected in the https://admin.atlassian.com/s/<site-id>/billing/applications page
Actual Results
In my replication, it takes 2mins for the new user count for the product to be reflected in the https://admin.atlassian.com/s/<site-id>/billing/applications page
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
The new user count will eventually be reflected after some time.
