User Problem

When we try to delete an Atlassian account that is the only admin on a Trello Workspace or board, we see the following message:

The issue is that the message doesn't indicate which product is affected or what the admin should do to review the boards and Workspaces and prevent them from being deleted.

Suggested Solutions

• Replace "boards" with "Trello boards" and "Workspace" with "Trello Workspace" in the message to avoid confusion.
• Indicate the next steps. For example: "Ask this user to assign a new admin before deleting the account if you want to keep the boards and Workspaces."
• Add links to public documents with more details on how to proceed (for example Make someone an admin of a board and Add an admin to a Workspace), or a link to a new document with further instructions.
