Issue Summary

The performance of the Users page is slow on the Original user management experience at scale (handling a large number of users)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to https://admin.atlassian.com
2. Click on Products > Select a site > Users
3. Slow response and performance when initially loading the page if there is a large user base.

Expected Results

Performance on the page should be better

Actual Results

Slow response and performance when there is a large user base. This was tested on an org with over 30k users and 200 groups.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available.
