When using BusinessDays, we should be able to define the non-working days

    Description

      Currently when we use date difference smart value[ [date1].diff([date2]).[unit]|https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-smart-values-date-and-time/], if we use BusinessDays unit, System always consider Saturday and Sunday as non-working days. 

      In middle east, Friday and Saturday are considered as non working and Sunday is working. 

      This results in inaccurate result if Friday and Saturday are non-working.

      It will be great if we can control this behaviour.
