Automation not allowing to change the comment visibility.

Issue Summary

Not able to change the Comment Visibility option inside the Jira Automation Rule. The dropdown simply does not open up.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an Automation.
2. Add action "Add Comment to issue" and try to change the Comment visibility.

Expected Results

Should be able to edit the comment visibility.

Actual Results

Unable to edit comment visibility.
