    Description

      Add support for self-hosted GitLab instance in automation.
      Currently, when a self-hosted GitLab instance is connected to Jira, automation shows the error: "No Git provider connected". Improve the error message to show self-hosted GitLab instances are not supported.

      It is important to clarify that the part that is unsupported is the connection through DVCS.
