Issue Summary

We have an automation which will search the Epic Link such as "Create issue". If we have a Epic summary which includes the multibyte character such as Japanese, we are unable to search it in the Epic Link. However we can search it without any issue if the Epic summary doesn’t have a multibyte character. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an Epic and include the multibyte character in the Epic summary.
2. Setup an automation which will search the Epic Link. (e.g Create issue)
3. Try searching the Epic link which has a multibyte character in the Epic summary.

Expected Results

We can search the Epic link even if it includes the multibyte character.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
