Currently, there is no way to bulk update issues (via advanced search/filters) without triggering any automation rules that may get triggered by the specific updates being done. Adding in a tick box to ignore bulk changes on certain rules would help with users having to temporarily disable automations, potentially saving a lot of time depending on how many automation rules an instance might have.

This would allows the rules to run as normal but just ignore bulk updates made via advanced issue searching and/or filters.
