Jira Service Management
I encounter the following issue in JSM.
I have a JSM project with 2 configured languages: Dutch (primary) and English (US).
The project has 3 Request types, configured in Dutch, and translated to English.
The project's Default language is Dutch and English is another available language for a specific project.
When I submit a ticket in Dutch via the portal, the automation rule is executed correctly.
This is not the case with English, If request type = English Automation is not passing through the condition.
Conclusion: The automation rule fails on the check on the “Request Type” in an “IF” statement if Dutch is the default langue and English is another available langue.

JSDCLOUD-15087 (JSM) When a customer with the default language selected as anything other than English creates a request from the portal, the Automation rule is not able to translate Request Type and performs no action.
