• Presently it's not possible to save or disable automation rules while creating.
• There is only turn-on button and no save button.
• 
• You need to turn on the automation rule and then return to the list to disable it from there.
• It would be great to have the button while creating the rule itself as it will rule out the possible manual error if users dont disable after creation
