Issue Summary

After cloning an epic and its child issues, the child issues order is not preserved in the cloned epic. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an automation rule(manual trigger) to clone an epic and its child issues;
2. After cloning the epic and its child issues the order of the child issues is not preserved.

Expected Results

When cloning an epic and its child issues the order of the child issues should be preserved.
