Issue Summary

Unable to set timezone to UTC in Scheduled trigger

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add Scheduled trigger
2. Set timezone to UTC
3. Select save
4. Add any action and publish the rule

Expected Results

The rule will be published successfully

Actual Results

It will result in the error below
