Issue Summary

{{issue.Attachment.last.filename}} gives the value of the first attachment added to the issue

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a rule to be triggered manually on an issue
2. Add the log action to display the value of {{issue.Attachment.last.filename}}
3. Add the first attachment on the issue and run the rule
4. Add the second attachment after 5 mins and run the rule again

Expected Results

The log should display the name of the second file

Actual Results

The log displays the name of the first file

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
