Issue Summary

After the release of the Actions button functionality, the tooltip below is displayed until the page is reloaded:

After the page is reloaded the action functions are displayed correctly.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a ticket from a project who have automation rules associated with it;
2. The above tooltip will be displayed;
3. Reload the page, and a list of actions will be displayed.

Expected Results

A list of actions should be displayed in the first place if the project has automation rules associated with it.

Actual Results

The tooltip is displayed until the page is reloaded.

Workaround

Reload the page to load the Action functions available for the ticket.
