Per this documentation https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/what-is-the-automation-audit-log/, the automation execution logs are retained for up to 90 days. So you will not identify issue changes when you check the history of tickets since they were performed by automation and this situation might lead to confusion.
Change the language in the Issue view that could potentially say “No rules run in the last 90d” instead of “No executions recorded against this issue yet”, which could be factually incorrect
