Issue
In Team managed project we have only three access levels Private, Limited, Open
If a Team managed project access is set to "open" by accident, every customer would receive access to those projects.
In company-managed projects, this is not an issue, since we can use permission schemes to restrict access on a Jira admin level.
There should be some way for users/Jira administrators to monitor when any team-managed project access is changed so that we can discover it and correct it immediately.
Requirement
An Automation rule can help trigger a notification when there is a change in the project access setting however we only have a trigger option with Project Created option.
