Issue Summary

Automation rule does not trigger when the deployment status changes to "In progress"

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create automation rule which is triggered by "Deployment status changed", with deployment status "In progress"
2. Create condition if JQL matches issues that is included in the deployment
3. Deploy in BB

Notice that the rule will not be triggered by the deployment status changing to "In Progress"

Expected Results

Automation rule triggered when deployment status transitions to "In progress"

Actual Results

Rule is not triggered, nothing is logged in the Automation audit log

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
