Issue Summary
The emailAdress value is not being retrieved by Automation when working with a People Custom Field in a team-managed project
Steps to Reproduce
- Add a People field to a team-managed project
- Create an Automation Rule
- Try to use the emailAddress value from that field in the Automation Rule,
Expected Results
The emailAddress value should be returned by Automation
Actual Results
Nothing is returned by Automation
Workaround
> Create a company Managed Custom field i.e in https://<site_name>/secure/admin/ViewCustomFields.jspa
> Use this field in Team Managed projects
> The automation should now be able to fetch email or send email to the user selected in this field.
