Issue Summary
The emailAdress value is not being retrieved by Automation when working with a People Custom Field in a team-managed project
Steps to Reproduce
- Add a People field to a team-managed project
- Create an Automation Rule
- Try to use the emailAddress value from that field in the Automation Rule,
Expected Results
The emailAddress value should be returned by Automation
Actual Results
Nothing is returned by Automation
Workaround
> Create a company Managed Custom field i.e in https://<site_name>/secure/admin/ViewCustomFields.jspa
> Use this field in Team Managed projects
> The automation should now be able to fetch email or send email to the user selected in this field.

c857e0e8402b half a year late, but its named as User Picker (single) for company managed fields!
Dear Author,
Can you please specify which specific field we are to choose from the "Select Field Type", once we go to "Create Custom Field"? I am a little lost as to the transition between steps #1 and steps #2. I do not see an option to choose "email" or "people" once we get to the "Select a Field Type" screen>?

Need this to alert and notify people via email as identified in tasks' custom user picklist fields.
