Message "Smart value is invalid " for dates on Edit issue field action is positioned over the field

Issue Summary

Message "Smart value is invalid " on Edit issue field action is positioned over the field.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the Automation Rules and add an action edit fields.
2. Select "Use smart values".
3. "Command +" (on Mac) or "Ctrl +" (on Windows) to increase to the browser resolution to 150% ~175%.
4. Start typing a smart value but don't finish.
5. Click out the box, then try to click back on.

Expected Results

The message should be on other position on the page. For example: Below of the field or above.

Actual Results

We will get blocked by the message. 

Workaround

1. Change the page resolution to the message to be positioned to out of the field value.
