    • Severity 3 - Minor

      Issue Summary

When performing the Transfer User action from the Global Automation page, the page shows the progress as running. But the call fails with the error HTTP-504 with the below message after 30 seconds:

      message: "Endpoint request timed out"

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to System Settings  > Global Automation in an instance where there are 50 - 60 rule that exists.
      2. Select the option Transfer User from the Actions tab.
      3. Select the current and the replace user.
      4. Review the changes and Submit

      Expected Results

The UI should show the updated status once the change operation is successful/Failed.

      Actual Results

Currently, it just shows the loading bar instead of the status even after the operation completion/failure

      Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
