Option to send a Web request as a user who triggered the rule under the action-Send web request

      Currently in the web request we can add only 'Authorization' in the Headers with a basic token of a Jira admin account. It would be good if the web service call can be made using credentials of the triggering user.
      Ex: The triggering user, will have access to see components in target project anyway. This will help the Jira admin token to be not exposed unnecessarily.
