Summary

By now, it's possible to copy Attachments through an Automation rule for the following event:

• Clone Issue Action
• Create Issue
• Edit Issue
• Transition Issue
• Create service request

But all the Actions always copy all the Attachements of an Issue

What we would like to have is to be able to copy only the attachement that have been added during a comment.

Expected Results

When adding a attachement during a comment on a JSM ticket, it would be great to be able to copy just this new attachement to the linked JSW ticket. And not copy all of them.

The same for the opposite sense, when adding an attachement on a JSW ticket, we would like to be able to copy just this one to the JSM ticket.

Actual Results

Today, when a new comment is added, the only way is copy all the attachements which could lead to problem if we do not want to share non public attachement (for JSM Project).

Workaround

There is no workaround available at this moment.
