Issue Summary
When using an Automation Rule with a trigger of Work Logged, the trigger isn't activated when time is logged on an issue in a Team-Managed Project.
When using a rule that works across multiple projects, the rule is triggered successfully on Company-Managed Projects associated with the rule, but not Team-Managed Projects.
Steps to Reproduce
- In a Team-Managed Project, create an automation rule with the Work logged trigger (any/all worklog operations)
- Log work on an issue in the project (either by directly editing the Time tracking field, or by the three dots menu > Log work)
- Check the automation rule's audit log and note that the rule doesn't trigger
Performing the same process in a Company-Managed Project results in a success.
Expected Results
When the work is logged on an issue in the Team-Managed Project, the automation rule is activated.
Actual Results
The automation rule does not fire in a Team-Managed Project.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
