Current behavior:

When an Automation rule is configured to send emails to a user using a smart value: {{issue.comments.body}}, the email is received like this

[http://atlassian.com|http://atlassian.com|smart-link]

when the comment contains a URL: https://atlassian.com/

Expected behavior:

The hyperlink should be rendered in a user-friendly format
