When you have set up an automation rule for example: "Issue updated" this trigger fires during bulk issue edit operations. This quickly exhausts the daily automation limit. Ideally, there would be an option to exclude bulk operations or a condition that could be used to exclude bulk operations. 

 

The current workaround is to disable the automation rules before performing bulk operations to prevent the daily automation limit from being exhausted.
