Jira Service Management
Currently when we use the Service Limit Breached trigger in Automation rule and use the {{breachedRules }}smart value, this includes the rules that are disabled also.
In some setups where customers try to build automation on creating alerts and incidents for the Rules reaching limits. They get repeated alerts even if the Service Limit breached rules are disables, which creates repeated alerts for rules that are already actioned
The Ask here is to either exclude the rule names that are already actioned(disbaled) or include the rule status as well in the {breachedRules }}smart value
