User to have the ability to select a project or possibility of displaying the create screen when using Manual trigger automation

Maybe a possibility of displaying the create screen using a manual trigger automation rule? (as opposed to setting the fields within the rule)

I would like the user to be able to define the fields on the create screen versus defining them in advance according to the automation.
