issue.url.customer returns blank when JSM data was imported using JIM

      Issue Summary

      The {{issue.url.customer}} and {{triggerIssue.url.customer}} smart values return blank in automation rules for customers who imported JSM data using Jira Import Manager

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Import JSM data using Jira Import Manager
      2. Create an automation rule that uses {{issue.url.customer}} or {{triggerIssue.url.customer}} in a comment or log action.
      1. Include a Re-fetch issue data action before the smart value is evaluated.
      1. Trigger the rule via issue creation.

      Expected Results

      Smart value should return the portal link

      Actual Results

      Smart Value data is returned empty

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
