Current State:

• Currently we only have the following smart values to access the fields on alert:
  • https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-smart-values-alerts/
• This doesn't include the affected services field on the alert

Proposed Future State:

• User should have an ability to access the affected services on the alert via smart value so it can be used within the automation

Alternative (e.g. Third Party Plugin):

• We can use the following API to get the ID of an affected services on the alert:
  • https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/service-desk-ops/rest/v2/api-group-alerts/#api-v1-alerts-id-get
