- Currently we only have the following smart values to access the fields on alert:
- This doesn't include the affected services field on the alert
Proposed Future State:
- User should have an ability to access the affected services on the alert via smart value so it can be used within the automation
Alternative (e.g. Third Party Plugin):
- We can use the following API to get the ID of an affected services on the alert:
