Allow “Send customized email” to send one email to multiple recipients (To/CC/BCC) instead of one per recipient.

      Current behavior
      “Send customized email” sends a separate email to each recipient. There is no option to send a single email to all recipients.
       
      Suggestion
      Add a mode to “Send customized email” that sends one email with all specified recipients combined in To/CC/BCC, similar to the old “Send email” action.
