Issue Summary

In Jira Automation, when a "Comment on work item" component has its "Add comment as" field set to a Rovo agent, it is not possible to revert this selection back to "Current rule actor". Clicking the clear (cross) icon on the Rovo agent opens the dropdown again but only offers the Rovo agent as an option, effectively locking the component to that actor.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create or edit an automation rule that contains a "Use Rovo agent" component and then "Comment on work item" component.

1. In the "Add comment as" field for that component, select the Rovo agent as the comment actor.

1. Save the rule.

1. Re‑open the same rule and go back to the "Comment on work item" component.

1. Attempt to change the actor back to the current rule actor by clicking the cross icon to clear the Rovo agent selection.

Expected Results

• Clicking the cross icon should clear the Rovo agent selection.

• The "Add comment as" field should revert to using the current rule actor (or at least allow selection of "Current rule actor" from the dropdown).

• Users should be able to switch freely between Rovo agent and current rule actor for the comment.

Actual Results

• Clicking the cross icon on the Rovo agent opens the dropdown again.

• The dropdown contains only a single option: the Rovo agent.

• There is no way to select "Current rule actor" or clear the Rovo selection.

• The "Comment on work item" component becomes effectively locked to posting comments as the Rovo agent.

Workaround

• Add a new "Comment on work item" component to the rule at the same position as the existing one.

• Copy the comment content from the original component into the new one.

• Do not change the "Add comment as" field in the new component so that it remains as the default current rule actor.

• Delete the original "Comment on work item" component where the Rovo agent was selected.
  This resets the comment actor back to current rule actor behavior without depending on the broken dropdown.
